We have a Sannce 960H 4 camera 1TB DVR system installed. The cameras are all working and the system is set to record on all 4 cameras 24 hours continuously, with no motion detect alarms or emails set up.
We have noticed that when we go to the playback screen and view the recorded footage there are random thin white lines appearing. When we unsync the cameras we can see which camera the lines appear on. There is no consistency as to when the white lines appear, or on which camera, sometimes it can be a couple of days where no line appears, other days it can be up to 10 times in one day.
Is this video dropout? Does anyone know what it causing this and how we can avoid it.
We don't think it's a hard drive issue as the other cameras are still recording even when there is a white line on another camera.
Any help appreciated.
