I have a GV-604 DVR. Something happened and the police need to review our material for a certain time frame. I have it burnt on a disc but I can't view anything on the disc. Do I have to burn it in certain file or what do I have todo so the material can be viewed on the cd.

I have a DVR with HIKVISION video cards and software. It worked fine for awhile but now when I start to program up it says there is an error and can't load and the program quits. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

we are trying to hook a point of sale up to a dvr......we have everything we need.....but do we need a liscence for it?
