so check out this card it claims to have 5 channels but one could possible be an out? but my question is if it really is a 5 channel why does it have 4 chips? the cards ive delt with that share chips will run like 1-2-3-or 4 channels on a chip so like 4 channel would have one chip (or 4 chips if its an expesive one) but 5 channel with 4 chips seems odd to me is it giving 3 channels their own chip and making the last two share the 4th decoder chip? check it out - https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=D970649F2F32C37E!405&authkey=!APUlGIhJAcZHsQo&v=3&ithint=photo%2cjpg
