    Yeah tried that, no joy. I do have the full manual but there is nothing in it that is relevant to forgetting your password. so to speak.

    Hi All, new to this and not sure if I'm doing it right but here goes. I recenlty bought a second hand Colossus Pro DVR in the hopes of setting up a small home cctv system. However, when I put this system together on a test best with a camera hooked up all I get is NO VIDEO. ??? If I try and go further into the menu side of things to gain more access the DVR asks for a password which I don't have and neither does the guy I bought it from. Mmm. Question is Does anyone know how to factory reset this model and or why I would be getting the no video message. Stan1
