    Board camera night use

Hi all, some help needed please. I bought this board camera (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111561988382?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT ) because it was small and had a 6mm lens. It has a very good picture, but I do not know how to take advantage of its claimed night use. Of course there is no documentation, and when I asked the supplier ( China of course ) they said that the CDS socket was for the LEDs. I can't see how that can be, as the loose lead and plug has 12V on it, maybe for a LED board? The CDS socket is empty and the IR CUT lead goes to the front lens, presumeable for the IR CUT mechanism, which does not activate at night, which is not surprising as there is no visible cell to detect dark. Does it just need a CDS ciruit plugged into the CDS socket, and of what design, voltage or signal? Any help gratefully received Regards Tom

Thanks for that. I have managed to get remote and wireless access, after many hours changing numerous parameters. So, now I can get access from work, using a ddns address, which has been helped by you guys. But, I have not got a smartphone to work yet. I believe I can install gDMMS, but I am unclear as to how gDMMS works, does it use the 4g or wifi ? I can get access to free wifi in many areas, so that would save on the 4g costs. Any help gratefully received. Regards Tom msecure reply: It can use both 4g & wifi as long as the dvr port has been forwarded correctly. So to cut cost don't view when on 3g tomclark response: Thanks for that msecure. So simple when you know how, so why is not in any of the gDMMS documents? Thanks again. Sorry about the layout- I have not figured how to insert in boxes!
