Someone has faced the blue screen problem playing without any gap in the timeline? I use the Control Center 11.0.1 Build 2 and am with this problem on several cameras

In "Live" there is no problem, the image appears normally. Cameras that use are IndigoVision Model 11600 and Model 11410. I use multicast recording flow. I get no message, only during the playback screen is solid blue and back to normal, sometimes flashes quickly, sometimes turns blue for thirty seconds. ____ tks
