    Hey Everyone, I'm just getting started with CCTV. I first want to setup a 4-6 camera rig at home using PCI DVR card and a couple of 420tvl in/out cameras. I've been doing a lot of research, but just a bit overwhelming. What card? What camera? Buy or Build!?
