  1. I think most set-ups are 1 twisted pair for video and 3 for power any harm in doing 2 twisted pair for video seems easier to make a solid connection. But is thier a downside
  2. I have 12 cameras over cat 5e 5 work 7 do not i am using cat 5E single line for each camera i test the orange pair (the one i chose for power) have 11 volts or so but no video so i switched the blue pair to power just to check the possibility of a cink or broken cable on that strand I also receive a reading around 11 volts. Put them back to original config I now assume (KNOW) the cable is good on both pairs as i get a reading on the orange and blue twisted pairs. Next i switched baluns and cameras with working ones moved to the non working location still nothing not sure what i am missing the runs are less then 150 feet. Someone said they could be set to pal but i dont get rolling video i get no signal at all and some do work not much info about these cameras on the web at least this model Any suggestions
