    Hi, I'm having trouble accessing my Hikvision IP camera via I-VMS 4500. I'm using the P2P connection with EZVIZ. It worked for awhile, but then it suddenly showed error code 8200. However, when I access the camera via EZVIZ app, it works. In case you are wondering, I need I-VMS 4500 to work because EZVIZ app isn't available for ipad. Thanks so much for the help!!
