I am needing to do a hardware reset on my ATV NVR Model N08p2. I changed the factory user name and password and then lost the log in info when reseting my phone which is where I had the log in information saved. I do not see a reset button so I am assuming I will need to short out a circut on the board itself but i am not sure which one.
I have called both ATV and ADT (ADT did the install). ATV would only give the information to a tech and ADT can't get anyone here until Wednesday. I need this working before then.
