I've just noticed that I can only view live video from my Sannce nvr using XMEye when I'm using my home wifi. If I switch my iPhone wifi off, and use 3G, the cameras just timeout. I've been in touch with the retailer as their advert clearly states that you can view the cameras, remotely, using just the QR code to set up - which I've done as I can see the videos when on wifi. Has anyone else managed to use XMEye remotely to view their cameras please?

I've not tried ftp. My ideal solution would be to link it to Dropbox but that's not an option

Is it just me or does this whole xmeye app, website, etc seem really flaky? I've changed my admin password on the nvr this morning and can no longer see any images on the iPhone xmeye app. I've put the new password in the app but keeps saying that the password is invalid. Have also tried it with the vMEyeCloud app but that keeps saying that I need to enter my password - but has no facility to add a password! This is turning out to be an expensive white elephant. Has anyone else had issues caused by changing the admin password please?

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to set up the Sannce poe nvr to alert me on my iPhone whenever it detects motion please. I've got the xmeye app working but can't see any options which will allow it to notify me. I've tried configuring the email alert, but it fails at the test email saying that the user / password for the mail account is wrong - which it isn't (it's a gmail account btw) So instead I'm wondering if it's possible to get a push notification on the iPhone. I've tried activating 'push alarm' on the iPhone app but it just gives an error of 'open failed' along with the serial number. Thanks

Hi, I've just installed a Sannce POE NVR and it seems to be working well. However all the cameras are labelled as CAM01 and I can't see any option anywhere to configure them as cam01, cam02, etc Is this possible please? Thanks
