Our church built a special hypoallergenic room for my father, and we want to install a flat panel tv on the wall, and a camera in the ceiling in the main auditorium so that he can view the speaker. The camera would preferably connect directly to the tv.
I know this is more of a security forum, but I don't know where else to ask.
My first thought was a regular camcorder - but some of those turn off automatically if your not actually recording to tape and it would seem impractical for adjusting zoom. Maybe a fixed focused color security camera would be better?
