I installed the defender system 2 years ago and have lost my password. I have contacted the company and without proof of purchase will not help me. I know there is a hard code. Can anyone help me on getting my password back so I can use my system again. It is a Defender model # 21006. the serial # on unit is 130302615 or the serial # on box is 130409559.
