    I have a Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2/8p NVR, which had a problem, I was given soft ware updates from this site, I was only able to install V4.30.061 which has solved my problems, I have tried to install the latest software update, but my NVR does not recognise it and states I have the latest update, any ideas

    I have the DS-7608NI-K2/8p NVR with 4 cameras, the problem I am having is to play back a recording I have to unplug any one of the 4 cameras, otherwise I get no resource on the screen, some one mentioned hdd, it has 2-1tb hdd, please help. Colin

    I have purchased a Hikvision DS-7604NI-K1/4p NVR to replace my faulty one but the existing cameras can not be viewed, is this because my existing cameras are not 4K, or do you know the problem. Colin

    Good morning to you all, I am in the process of purchasing a Hikvision DS-2CD3132F-IWS cctv camera when I read that it should not be used wireless which is what I require, has anybody any comments regarding the wireless side of this camera. Colin
