    CCTV DESIGN IN PARKING AREA

I am optimizing CCTV design drawing for a prestigious project here in Saudi Arabia. But I am really stuck here in basement level where lux level is low.In each lane there is two camera, in which I deleted one and relocated other in order to compensate coverage of deleted one. Expected installation height in 2.5 m and lux level will be 100 lux (as per project spec).Camera is 1.3 MP with focal length of 8mm. As per JVSG software this spec is enough to cover desired area. But I am afraid that JVSG noy considered the environmental factors especially lux level. In order to acquire desired coverage we are forced to decrease the tilt ,which in turn increase blind spot near to the camera. But the Depth of field of a camera will be best near to the camera, which we will miss if we decrease the tilt. Please advice ,practically whether I will achieve a good image or not.Consider 100m (worst scenario)from camera to target and camera for monitoring purpose.
