I ordered some equipment, but it is not functioning properly.
I hooked up my cctv camera to a bnc wire and then plugged it into a tv using a bnc to rca converter. However, all I see on the tv is black/white/gray lines. The camera is on. The lights come on, and the lines on the tv move when something moves in front of the camera.
