Hi, Could someone please help me when you get chance ? My local support here in Australia cannot help me. Please help me in resetting the password to default on my Storage-server (PC Windows 7 Pro) , I CAN NOT add/access my STORAGE-SERVER anymore after replacing the hard drive of my STORAGE-SERVER ( PC ) . I have tried updating the IVMS4200 and SADP tool to latest versions and still could not access/add because the password is no longer correct I guess. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the IVMS4200 to no avail still. It shows on the list of devices but if I add it, is not ON-LINE status therefore Remote configuration cannot be accessed. I am an end user only. I have purchased my cameras overseas, and using a PC as my system and storage server. Here is what the SADP tool is showing. See attached SADP export for complete information. Thanks Pikach for your assistance. Where should i do this ext ports fwding, on my router ? This is what my router port forwarding looks like .. see attached Yes this is exactly what your missing, you need to fwd external ports to your campera ip, Camera 1 port 81 cam 2 port 82 cam 3 port 83 etc. you don't need to change anything within the cameras itself. Or if you have a nvr or pcnvr then just fwd one port to that and your all set.

Please help. I am very new with this iMVS 4200. 'Camera connection failed' when using iVMS-4500 on my iphone whilst on my phone network, but works when on my WIFI network. I have not done any port forwarding/mapping nor VPN yet, is this what I am missing ? Someone please guide me through? Thanks.
