The home seller sent me the updated firmware, but at the end of the update process, the system remains locked to boot. I tried different solutions to solve the problem: 1) I installed an update program that can be updated via network but the program does not detect your system and your IP address is not listed. 1) I have a simple USB drive formatted in fat32 and then I put in the BIN file of renovation. I inserted the pen in the NVR decoder but after ignition remains locked to the Boot screen.
