PICO 2000 CCTV SOFTWARE
owlsecurity replied to callie's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
dear ,you may can find software for Pico 2000 here, which is a China based website : [Mod Edit: Link to pirated software. -Thomas] -
Actually it`s not so easy to identify which is fake according to the GV Logo on the chip, because the sticker can also be put on the chip by factorys. Anyway,i`m sure 99% GV cards from mainland china are not real one. give one suggestion,if the cards come with a pure white or color box without GV logo,it`s possibly not real GV.cards from GV company always has their logo on the outter box.

this is the latest information from china card factory: Remember, our version is 2.49 ,for this card, you can`t use computer with CPU more than 3.0G, can`t use VGA card with PCI-E, can`t use dual core computer, and can`t use the latest motherboard, cpu and vga card. totally speaking, you`d better use a old computer to be compatible with it. -

as a HK based company,i am terribly sorry to hear that. we have factory and office in SHENZHEN,Mainland China for CCTV products, but we have clients worldwide, check your products besides you, where does it from ? quantity over quality ?that`s history. think how do you live without made in china. -

AVC760 - direct HDD access possible?
owlsecurity replied to Sauerkraut's topic in Digital Video Recorders
we may have met in www dot anykeeper dot cn,right ? yes ,you are actually right that we could hook DVR`s record and view it live on our PC directly, that`s because this 4CH DVR has remote backup and W/Ethernet function, you can use IE or client software to view live display, and record on computer remotely, which can go on simultaneously.Anyway, the quality of image will be affected by the quality of internet--CIF real time is the normal performance, but if the speed of internet is quite slow, the image will become bad. -
it`s better to use stand alone
