I purchased a Honeywell HGRX45 thru Amazon from ADI. In the setup process I changed the access code. It worked fine that day, but now can't log in. Both ADI and Honeywell are very polite, but not helpful, they say I will have to get an authorized dealer to reset it (at my expense) and as best as I can determine the closest is 2 hours away! the trip charge would be more than the cost of the recorder. Can anyone tell me how to reset? or offer (affordable) telephone support.
