Sorry if this has been asked before. I bought a Swann DVR4 with two camera's.
I have recently added a Sentient camera of the same spec (720P HD) to the set up. The new camera is only showing as black and white and has some diagonal scrolling. The original cameras are still full colour with no scrolling.
I have covered and uncovered to ensure not in permanent night mode, I've checked all connections, I've changed port in DVR I am using. I've also changed the DVR from PAL to NTSC then back again in case that was the problem.
Any other suggestions before I go through the faff of taking the camera down and returning it as a faulty (?) unit?
