Hi, I have recently purchased a Floureon CCTV system which came with 4 cameras. installed all cameras and had picture running through laptop - have since lost pictures and have tried to connect to a monitor through a VGA cable - everything is connected and I am able to operate and interact with DVR through monitor - but I get no CCTV pictures - it just says 'no config' in each box where a CCTV picture should be displayed. I have done factory reset and unplugged and plugged back in all cables with no success - can anyone help? Thanks
