Thanks for your respone. It is not a problem for client to view it. The problem is when the client provide the avi file to police, and police came back and say they can not play the file.

Hi all, I have problem to play an avi file from geovision. The recording format is geompeg4. When I save a recorded clip in avi format ( I believe it is the only format I can save from viewlog window), I can't play it on different PCs. I tried to play it with window media (rev10), reallplayer, dvix player. No player is able to play it. Any advice will be appreciate. Thanks, -ATN
