Hikvision 2542FIWS emai notification setup problem

Hi all, I have Hikvision dome camera 2542FIWS. I'm trying to setup the email notification but it never works. I tried many different settings and emails addresses but always showing me failed to connect to server. I'll appreciate any help. Regards
