I'm looking to get my first CCTV kit (for home use), so just wanted to know whats one of the best options these days.

Is Swann a good brand? I've heard they sometimes rebrand Hikvision.
Key features I'd like:
Budget is around £400 (GBP) or lower. NVR Based (IP). Reliable. Preferably 4 channel or more. High quality 1080p, 25fps or more. Mobile viewing. No monthly fee's. Upgradeability (add other branded cameras in the future).
