Can any experts tell me how to reset the DVR which don't have reset button or any reset options (visible to me). Please urgent...

I too have the same... issue... and same kind of 4 channel DVR. No Reset Button.. No remote control.. Don't know how to enter into the admin area... Password is not default one... because I tried.. empty password, NULL, NUL, NUL!, NLL!, admin, ADMIN, ADMIN123, admin123, 123456, 654321, 000000, 111111, 888888, password, 666666, and all.... any one please help me.... No model name... no details in app screen... i spend nearly 15000 LKR (sri lankan money to this DVR to a sales guy) but that guy also now not responding me to fix this issue....
