Having similar issues with my camera system in Australia but its not the 1004 model, its the 1016 DVR - I CAN access the public IP address through the web browser but getting some error with some ALLOW or BLOCK msg on the screen. It does nothing. So YES I have access to port 80 outside the internet connection. The APP I'm using is called Nviewr on Android and not sure why it doesn't do anything when I insert the URL nothing happens on the damn screen. Isn't there an actual HONEYWELL APP for the camera DVR system?
