    PTZ camera not zooming

    MarcChampo posted a topic in General Digital Discussion

    My PTZ camera just stopped zoom out, it zooms in (Tele) but cannot zoom out (Wide) the same goes for the the focus its focusing in (near) but not out (far). This only happening when I ue the controller board but the same controls are working just fine on the camera itself.
