hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster. a client of mine has a q-see qcn 8035Z PTZ dome along with a qc 8916 NVR and PTZ functions work pretty awful. the ptz controls from the NVR have a lot of lag sometimes. mostly its bearable. same with remotes from the mobile app or a pc. does anyone know if a serial joystick will work? thanks!
