Hello .... First of all, sorry for my poor english (I use the google translate). I have a DVR of the brand "Prismatic - Model PRM-7508HD" of 8 channels. At the start it is frozen on the logo screen and you would like to reset it to the factory mode. Is it possible to do that..?? I have tried to remove the battery, for a couple of days and continue the same way. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you..!!
