I am working on a mobile command emergency vehilcle and need to equip it with a ptz that can be raised and lowered , either by hand or motorized. Doe's anyone know of any companies that make a motorized ptz pole mount that can be mounted to the rear of this emergency vehicle?

Can anyone please tell me if they have ever used this camera to read License Plates and if so, How did you get it work,. For example what was your shutter speed set at? How many frames per second did you set for that camera and the hight and angle of the camera....Please Help...Seasoned but stumped and fairly new to plate cameras. I know that Extreme CCTV make good plate cameras but their expensive so thats why I chosse the Arm Camera it was about $650 compared to over $1000. for the Extreme.
