Can't find any reviews, hikvision shows it as new on their website. What do you guys think? I was told analog HD is the way to go over IP to prevent lag, this right?

I was recommended night owl analog HD. Was told that night owl makes a good product, better than cheap in house cameras. Anybody know anything about night owl? Specifically this package http://nightowlsp.com/products/complete-security-systems/hd-security-systems/8-channel/hda10l-10bu-841.html . Was told that not all IP cameras are compatible so analog HD works better. I also read LPS is a good system. Can anybody help? Thanks,

I am looking to install security cameras around my home. There is a huge difference in a lot of the cameras and prices I am getting. I found a company that will give me 1/3 high sensitivity sony CCD chipset 1080p dome cameras. They are willing to do 5 cameras, dvr, and complete install for $1200. Does anybody know if these cameras are any good? I looked them up on amazon and they can be bought for $40 a piece. Some of these 4 camera systems are selling for over $1000. I am all about saving money for a quality system, but I do not want to buy garbage. Please let me know. Thank you,
