I have been working on this for two days. I have set up the Hikvision client software, iVMS-4200, Version 2.5.0.5, configured the cameras and have everything as it should be, however I cannot get this software to record motion detection events. I can manually record, but I need the motion detection recording to work.
I have the Storage Server installed as well but no matter what I try I cannot get it to work. I read that the software needed to record locally to the PC has to be iVMS-4200 PCNVR but I don't see it listed on the download page at Hikvision.
Has anyone gotten this software to work to record motion detection events?
