I certainly understand your concern and really appreciate all your efforts in trying to fix this issue.
For us to further isolate the case, we may need to run further troubleshooting.
You can try the following steps below.
1. Unplug all cameras and connection to the router.
2. Restore system to default and setup the date and time again.
Access Menu > System > Maintenance > Restore > Select System only.
If the problem persist, the problem could either be on the CMOS battery.
This holds the system settings as well as the date and time retention.
When and where was the unit replaced?
