Geovision GV800 - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error!

I am running a Windows XP SP3 HP Compaq DX2420 with the GV800, recently I have been seeing a Runtime Error Program: C:\GV800\GV800.exe, this is in a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library window. I have reinstalled Visual C++, performed all windows updates. The GV 800 Version is 8.31 Does anyone have any further suggestions that may resolve this issue?
