I recently purchased a replacement DVR from Rugged CCTV called a Rugged-Vault /2 Auto Detect 960H & TVI The cameras offered by Rugged CCTV did not offer the resolution I wanted so I purchased 2 LBV2711 weather proof cameras and 1 LEV2712 IR dome camera. While the old cameras I had provided a color image, these cameras only display a black and white image. They are not stuck in night mode as I put them in a dark room and the IR function works. I called Lorex but their tech just said that my DVR is not compatible with their cameras. Not a satisfying answer. Anybody have a better explanation? Thank you
