OK! Newbie indeed....when you run your own business you wind up doing a lot of DIY....thanks for the obvious tip!!

I need help! I am installing a 4-camera system in my retail store and can't get the PTZ to work. Whenever I press the PTZ Mode button or select it on my screen I get "This Channel is not a PTZ Channel". I have run through all of the menus and read the 2 PTZ pages over and over in the user manual and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Here is the equipment I have: Samsung Network Video Security System: SRN-473S Samsung Cameras (4 of them): SND-L6013R I'm a newbie so sorry if this is an ignorant question!
