Hikvision Firmware (chinese to English)

Hi I've just bought a Hikvision DS-2CD3145-IS which is on v5.3.8 build 160108 but in chinese there doesn't appear to be a telnet ability on this firmware does anybody know how to change it, or have the english version of the firmware? thanks
