Hi, I forgot my HIKVISION DVR Admin password and trying to reset the password with Hikvision Technical Support team. I have already downloaded the SADP Tool and tried to download the key request XML file from the SADP utility . I am able to see my DVR in the network, But after selecting the location to download when I hit "Export" button, I get a message "Failed to get the key.". After that the file does not get downloaded. my device's serial S-7208HGHI-SH0820151212AAWR562154728WCVU can you help me with it plsssssssssss.
