Thanks for your reply a lil more info though how do o hard reset. I have spoken to hik who said they will team viewer me and fix them that way but I'm at work when they are at work which does not work for me.

Lets see if you can help me, I have tried and tried with HIK Singapore and every code I have been given does not work.
