I don't know if any of you have had the opportunity to check out the PNDVR yet, but for a small dvr it has some nice features. The first one that I liked is that it works with a USB mouse, can use the mouse to program, setup, playback, backup, any of the items that you can do with the front buttons or with the remote you can do with the mouse. It is networkable, up to 1TB HDD, 120pps at cif, 4,8 and 16 channels, and it is a lot smaller than most at 13.8"x9.85"x7.09". Hope you get a chance to check on out, I am getting ready to start testing the next one in line.

Not quite yet but getting close will be 60 next June, which means when Barb Eden was 28, I was 14.

Yeah, but for 74 she is not bad, course I am almost the same age, and going for some of the younger ones would not be good for my health.

Benefits of having central power supply over individual?
RickA replied to foodguy123's topic in Installation Help and Accessories
Have been to many of these that have used wall warts, just to find that the camera was good and the wall wart was unplugged, or the surge strip used was burnt due to dirt/dust/grease build up between the prongs of the wall wart. Using the central power supply is far easier to troubleshoot and also easier to work with if groundloop issues occur. Usually with the 12vdc central power supply you have an adjustable voltage supply to allow raising the vdc to compensate for voltage drop for your long runs. Hope this helps. -

Cold Temp Experience Needed (I'm talking Canada cold!)
RickA replied to 3RDIGLBL's topic in Security Cameras
I have used the Nuvico Bullit in a walkin freezer and also our 36IR bullit, neat the way the frost forms when the door opens and the IR kicks on and defrost the cover. Hope this helps.
