Sounds like you have everything set up correctly on your Lan, need to check your router settings and firewalls, also your dynamic settings. -
Ohhh! struck a nerve or just to close to the truth?

My favorite for cordless is the Rigid 18v hammer/drill, I have had this one for two years and done a lot of 5/8ths holes through brick, concrete and block walls. The nice thing is the charger for this has a cooling fan for highspeed charging of the batteries, will take a drained battery hot off the drill and charge it in 30 to 45 mins.

Running power to outdoor domes

According to the Pelco catalog, you need dedicated power supplies for each, and you are better off if you keep the power supplies local to the camera's. for example the camera requires a 50va transformer and the heater/blower a 40va transformer, which should be located close to the camera. Hope this helps. -

Hey Scorpion, I thought those red spots were always above your head(as in horns) and they have nothing to do with the storm.

I have never had a dvr with port forwarding using 50000, you might want to try placing the dvr Ip on the dmz of the router, that way it will be outside of the routers firewall and see if you can connect that way.

Running power to outdoor domes

92VA, thats almost a 4amp draw per camera, with that you would have to be running 16awg wire for power, which is good to approximately 100 ft with no appreciable voltage drop. I would try to keep the power supply as close to the camera as possible for that. Hope this helps. -
Ok so we know the cams are working and we have pictures at the headend, we have a problem in the networking. Is this connected to the modem or to a router and then the modem? Is the DVR set for a static IP? Do you have port forwarding done? Sorry about all the Questions, but the more info we have the better the answers.

Do you have a monitor connected to your dvr and are there pictures from the camera's there? Are you using a laptop to atempt to connect via Wan?
-
Most routers set the ip address for the dvr in a range such as 192.168.xxx.xxx to 192.168.xxx.xxx, why is yours starting out with 10.xxx.xxx.xxx, if that is your static IP then that is were your problem is, I would also check to see what ports need to be forwarded for your dvr. Hope this helps

Running power to outdoor domes

At 58VA you can only run power for 31 ft with 22ga wire, 49ft with 20ga, and 78ft with 18ga. these are approximations using a caculator. are you sure that these are calling for 58va, just seems high, but then that could just be pelco. -
The EV series is the improved version, it will do 30fps on the 4&8 channel versions, nice recorder for the size and style.

What is the voltage and amp draw for the camera's, heater and blower? -
Check your cable and then switch to the 1.5amp supply.
