Website support is almost useless, but if you wired that camera up backwards with it being 12vdc, then probably shorted something out. Cannot locate a manual so I cannot help with anything else, sorry.

What chip is being used on the Honeywell? Pics look good, maybe a little sharper on the focus, and the #2 looks like the iris is a little to open and out of focus, nice info on the board camera's Thanks

Going by the pics, i would shut off the BLC, the ESC should be on, hope this helps.

The optimal settings are going to depend on the site, there is no one setting fits all for the cameras, just use what you need on them but I always turn off the DSS, and adjust the AGC for best pic.

How are we supposed to help if you don't put any info, looks like you were trying to give it away.

Have been for quite some time, have been testing the mini ptz this way and no noise or interference at all, even have a new 35x ptz testing the same way and no interference at all.

I don't know about the rest but that places a very uncomfortable picture in my mind..... Scorpion Ruler of the World...... YIKES!!!!!!

They seem like good units, have worked with the SRX-prolite for a little while, course that was a little while back, prior to my job now.

Power on the PTZ is 24vac, and I still have that camera running that way, thats my mini dome that I have been testing for so long.
