Hello all, been awhile since I have had the opportunity to enjoy this forum. We are in need of some help in the North West Texas area doing some installs, if you know of anyone that might be interested, please contact me. Thanks and sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot.

A lot of the dvr's have client software that will not only allow you to connect with the dvr but in most cases will allow you to open local files from the hdd if installed on the computer you are using. I have used this method to recover images several times. Hope this helps.
