    dvr v4.02.R11 config

    Hello , i have a DVR running v4.02.R11 (H.264) version, i have been setting it up and i can see it both locally and remotelly on internet via browsers , but heres come the problem, i cannot add it into my NVMS-1000 software.what should i do , please help
