User Manual or Spec Sheet for Octar OC16D-480X

I am about to inherit an old Octar DVR (i think) system and wondered if anybody had any info (user manual / spec sheet) for it. Any info you can give me is appreciated or if you can point me in the right direction to get the info. Thanks in advance R.
