    Hi experts I was thinking they are the same but the software just bricked my device. It is now in bootloop and after showing the logo and beeped 15 times, it loops itself, and I couldn't find the firmware for DS-7608N-I2 device. Appreciate if you have suggestion to me before I send it back to Hikvision. Thanks, Starry
