    Hi sorry to bring up an old post... I have a similar problem... I am using a MacBook Pro using the latest iOS Sierra. I have downloaded the SMART PSS software on my Mac and everytime I input my password the application shuts down (Unexpected Error) Any ideas? Also the Safari also does not work. Cannot find the extension.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Adam
