First start by listing your products brand and model numbers, then someone mite be able to provide some sort of assistance.

What DVR's? Are you able to view both DVR's on the Laptop now? You can always purchase a USB Video Card with composite out. -

The Software should have been included on a CD with the system. -
I need some assistance identifying another PC based DVR Software. I tried posting a screen shot of the main interface but I guest I cant. You can veiw the screen shot here: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/857/maininterfacey.png/ I've been searching for the pass couple days with no results. Someone else installed these systems for a new customer of mine and now that they are having issues the installer cannot be found. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Never mind it's made by Utiss Technology.

I've just gained a new customer with a 4 CH GE Interlogix StoreSafe. They currently have two cameras on the system and would like to add two more, they never had to do anything with the unit except live view. The are asking me to show them how to do a playback or even archive. The problem is when time comes to enter the password it doesn't accept the default passwords and the customer doesn't know what the password was changed to. Is there any way to reset the password for this unit?

I keep getting an error message which says Invalid Version when I try to login to a GV600 through IE7. Can someone assist with this issue?

Thanks, will try and report back. Ok, I tried Option #1 and guess what, it WORKS. Thank you very much, I realy appreciate it. I'm not too much of a Geo fan, I try to stay away when I can.

Ok the CD and Manual both say Ver 7.0.

The system was acting up about 8 mths ago, so I uninstalled and re-installed the software that was left with the manual. The installer used a pre-built Dell PC with all sorts of additional software pre-installed.

Hi! Do you know what version you are trying to connect to and also have you been connected to another GV systems with newer software or do you had some trouble when installing the activeX plug in? JD I'm not exactly sure what version software is on the machine. Is there a way to tell? This machine was installed by someone else for a customer of mine. activeX installed with no problem, not sure if I may have done a remote demo on another system from GeoVision.
