iam sorry , and iam appreciating your answers i want to connect ( or broadcast ) the remote dvr's to the lcd's in the admin office , no internet in the network ,

hi , we have 2 security camera DVR . in 2 places , all of these locations are connected to local network connection using 3 NanoBeam AC 5ghz - 16 dbi - airmax AC CPE . all network infrastructure support 1gb speed , for connecting computers in the location to the main computer , the question is : can i monitor the security systems in the remote locations direct to LCD in my office ? without internet ! some people talking about chrome-cast .. is there any way to do this ? any help / advise is deeply appreciated nand sorry for my bad English
